Coverage varies by plan, so the office at MWR will work collaboratively with you to provide you with high-quality and effective services within the parameters of your EAP coverage.

Please note that not all providers are able to accept all EAPs. If you have an EAP that is not listed above, you may contact our office to inquire about a single case agreement.
