    Group Support

    Group support provides an opportunity for you to connect with others who are experiencing similar concerns. Within a group setting, participants are able to obtain information, knowledge and support from the group facilitator and from each other. Groups are led by MWR clinicians to provide you with quality support and service throughout your experience.

    DBT Adaptive Skills Program


    Anamosa Trauma Recovery Workshop

    April 14, 2021 at 5 pm and April 17, 2021 at 12 pm at the Anamosa State Penitentiary
    Molly Martin offers an EMDR workshop for individuals impacted by the recent trauma the Anamosa community experienced.

    Collateral Consequences

    August 20th, 4pm and every third Thursday of the month at 4pm

    MWR Counseling is pleased to offer a support group for spouses, significant others, and partners of individuals who have been charged with or convicted of sexual offenses.


    Superhero Workshop

    April 9th, 9 am-12 pm.

    Sometimes children struggle with changes in their lives. These struggles may show up with extreme shyness, anger, outbursts or crying. This workshop uses art to help children overcome their villain (problem) they are facing and use their own “powers” to build resiliency.

    Thursdays from 5:30pm-7:00pm
