Rates & Insurance
Counseling Rates
- $190 per Intake Session
- $165 per 60-minute Session
- $135 per 45-minute Session
- $100 per 30-minute Session
We also offer a private pay bundle package for $700, which includes five 45-60 minute sessions (including the intake session if applicable), to be paid in full prior to your scheduled appointment. Sessions are non-transferable and will expire one year from the date of purchase.

Insurance
We accept a variety of insurance plans, including:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Wellmark)
- Aetna
- United Healthcare/UMR/Golden Rule
- Medica IFB
- All Savers Insurance
- Cigna
- Health Partners
- Midland’s Choice
We encourage all clients to reach out to their insurance provider to confirm their benefits information prior to their first appointment.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Couples Counseling
We are currently working with insurance companies to determine the most relevant coding procedures for couples counseling. We will continue to update our website with additional information as it becomes available.

Payment
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly on our site via this page.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
