Presley graduated from the University of Iowa in 2025 with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Presley also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa. She is a temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (t-LMHC) in the state of Iowa. Presley works to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients to feel supported in their mental health journeys. Her approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. Through a person-centered approach, Presley uses aspects of Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work to help clients explore their inner selves with compassion, build understanding and self-worth, and foster personal growth and unity within the self. She feels that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and her role is to walk alongside clients in that journey and support them in connecting with their personal strengths to move toward wholeness. In her work with young children, she utilizes play therapy techniques to create a safe space for young clients to express themselves and process their emotions in developmentally appropriate ways.

Presley welcomes children as young as 5 years old, adolescents, and adults who are seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal challenges, ADHD, crisis intervention, and LGBTQIA+ issues and identity exploration.
