    Autumn Puffer, t-LMFT

    Autumn is a graduate of Mount Mercy University with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition, Autumn attended MMU and received her Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Political Science. Autumn is a temporary licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (t-LMFT) in the state of Iowa.

    In her work with clients, Autumn recognizes the uniqueness of each person’s experience and provides space for individuals to express themselves to grow. Autumn believes that clients are the experts in their own lives, and that as a therapist she can be a helpful tool in helping clients achieve their goals. Autumn enjoys getting to know her clients and providing gentle but encouraging challenges and opportunities for change. She integrates Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) into her work with clients.

    Autumn works with clients experiencing life transitions, anxiety, body image, depression, grief, incarceration, LGBTQ+, sex therapy, trauma, and women’s issues.

    Autumn works with children ages 5+, teens, and adults, and with people of all gender identities.
