Christina often uses humor and a gentle non-judgmental approach, combining elements of person-centered and narrative therapies to help clients make sense and meaning out of their struggles and strengths. Christina enjoys implementing her creative writing background into her sessions, often utilizing metaphor and imagery to help her clients conceptualize the qualities of life that can be hard to put into words.
Christina enjoys working with a variety of clients, but has a passion for working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, individuals, navigating familial conflict, and those new to therapy.
Christina works with teens (16+), adults, older adults, and individuals with various intersecting identities.
