Isaac Deike, LMSW

Isaac holds a Master’s in Social Work degree with an emphasis in trauma and crisis counseling from Clarke University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in mental health from the University of Northern Iowa. He is a member of the Alliance of Social Workers in Sports and has earned a certificate in sports social work from the University of Michigan.
Isaac’s approach centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. He prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship and utilizes a strength-based perspective, integrating evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These approaches help clients navigate challenges, develop psychological flexibility, and move forward with greater confidence. Isaac holds a certification in Sports Social Work and has experience treating sports performance and anxiety. In addition, Isaac is certified in Written Exposure Therapy for the treatment of PTSD.
Isaac works with individuals ages 14 and older and has experience supporting concerns related to sports performance, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and crisis intervention.
